you had been using Medem to contact us by email, you have probably received an
online letter from MedFusion about moving your contact information over. You may
attempt to sign up for the new system by following the instructions in that email,
though be aware that that has not worked for a large number of cases, and they
have had to set up a new account (instructions below). |
Anyone
(previous user or not) can sign up for a new account using the instructions here: Go
to: http://www.AmherstFamilyPractice.mymedfusion.com
and
read the "Secure Message Terms of Use," and then click on the "Create
an Account" link on the left side of the screen. This takes you to a page
where you will be asked to enter: your First name, your Last name, your Date of
birth, your Zip code, and your Email address, and then click on "Create my
account." You
will also need to create a "Profile" which includes setting up a user
name and password to actually use the email feature. |
