I am in this office every Monday, 9 AM until 5 PM.

Phone: 413-584-9888 for appointments in my office
at 234 Russell Street (Rt. 9) in Hadley.
I am there every Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday.

I accept all major health insurances for any nutrition concerns.
Referrals are not necessary except for HMO's.

Arleen Thomson, RD-LDN has been a registered, licensed nutritionist with the American Dietetic Association for over 30 years. She has worked in hospitals, rural health centers, HMOs, colleges, universities, as a consultant and in private practice in Massachusetts' Pioneer Valley.

Arleen uses traditional and alternative practices to resolve many nutrition related issues. You will learn ways to adjust your present eating and lifestyle behaviors in order to achieve improved health. A non-diet approach is used in order to permanently free one of disordered eating and the negative effects of disease.

One's metabolism may be tested in the office and is included in the cost of the visit.
