Our Office Hours

• We are open from 8 AM to 5 PM on Monday through Friday.


• You have access to a doctor at any time, day or night. To provide coverage 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, we share call coverage with other doctors. If you have an urgent problem after-hours or on weekends that cannot wait until office hours, call the office and follow the instructions; the answering service will page the doctor-on-call for you. If you have caller ID or another call blocking device, you must unblock your phone, ( * 8 7 ) to receive a call-back! Please keep your phone line clear and be nearby to accept the call. After receiving our call, you may return to call blocking ( * 7 7 ) on your phone.


• Remember that if you have an emergency (for instance, if you think you are having a heart attack or a stroke), you should call 911 immediately and go directly to the Emergency Room. You do not need to call us first.


• For routine questions, appointments, medication refills, and schedule changes, please contact us during regular office hours, leave a message on our non-urgent voicemail, or use our secure e-mail service available through this website. Note that prescriptions are refilled during office hours only and may require 24 business hours to process, so please PLAN AHEAD.


• If you have forms that you need us to fill out, such as for school, sports, camp, college, special services, disability, please allow at least a week for us to fill out our part, and be sure you have completely filled out your part. Also, let us know whether you plan to pick up the form or whether and where we should mail it (please provide stamped addressed envelope). Thank you.
