ANNOUNCING BERLIN GROUP THEAPY PROGRAM
BEGINNING
SEPTEMBER, 2011
Coping Skills for Anxiety
Depression & Stress-Related Issues
In this 5-week group therapy program, participants (8-10) meet twice a week for a 75-minute session (10 sessions total). Each session involves psycho-educational, experiential and processing activities to teach practical skills that anyone can accomplish. Group therapy promotes more effective relational experiences at home, school, the workplace, and other social settings and helps people cope with the challenges of daily life.
Program co-leaders, Daniel C. Berlin, PsyD and Jill M. Berlin, PhD MAMFT, approach skill building from a collaborative solution-focused perspective. Group activities draw from established methods such as cognitive behavioral therapy, mind-body therapy, dialectical behavioral therapy, and creative arts therapy.
To join a basic or advanced group, call 413.549.2773 to schedule an individual evaluation meeting with the co-leaders. Most insurance plans accepted. For further information: http://www.berlingrouptherapy.com
